I own the gym and i am the head boxing trainer. I am also a retired professional prizefighter and former two time golden glove champion. Whether you want to be a competitive fighter or just train like one i can help you achieve your goals. With over 20 years strength and conditioning experience under my belt and 20+ years of boxing we can't lose!!!!
Hourly 1on1 training consist of in depth coaching on conditioning, diet,and boxing. Best part is while i spend time with you the entire gym will be closed. Just you and me! NO DISTRACTIONS TRUE PERSONAL TRAINING ($65per hour, your best bet)
Group training is $65 per month gym is open for group training from
5pm-9pm mon-thur. Every member gets access to special strength and conditioning training every sunday.
