Hi my name is Alexis, and I am a professional certified Personal Trainer, graduated from the NCSF with Certification Number 2707931, and have many years of workout experience, and I can train with you in your Home, Office, or your Favorite Gym, preferable in Miami, North Miami, FT Lauderdale, Boca, Palm Beach, area, and/or you can come to my workout studio in Miami where you can request an In call.

I am a professional and am very confident with my degree in personal training, I love working with weights and boxing for aerobic training I work at your pace and until we get to my pace together, looking to have fun with my clients and enjoy our time by improving our looks and feeling positive, happy and confident to achieve our goals together.
I am 38 with blond hair and blue eyes, with an athletic build, I work out a lot, and I like to live healthy. Graduated college at Florida International University (FIU) and bachelors in humanities with honors, where I took classes in biology which helps my knowledge in regard to the human body, and became a Certified Nursing Assistance. I am trained in CPR and first aid, Miami-Dade graduate of personal training and earning a license with NCSF, Currently studying for my RN degree to further improve my knowledge about the human body and Massage Therapy.
