Who we are: We are a local group of investors who 5 years ago decided to start working together and collaborating on projects rather being in direct competition with each other. We group investors together with different skill sets, experiences, and interests together to really capitalize on the four levels of real estate investing which creates a huge win-win for our team and allows us to do more deals together.
What we do: We deal in the foreclosure market and REO real estate investing market. We focus on bringing all aspects of real estate investing together from finding and negotiating the foreclosures and short sales to matching the deals up with long term investors or rehabbers looking for short term profits.
Local Real Estate Inc. manages the acquisition and rehab of properties at a (80%) discount or greater of the retail market price. In order to purchase properties at (80%) of their current value, we incorporate technology, social media, and our large network of associates to find the deals and conduct repair and cost analysis. We will then identify the property type and determine the criteria that complements our fix & flip investment strategy to gather data to make an informed investment decision. Our team understands the value of time in a fix and flip strategy and knows how to distinguish the ideal target property, identify the steps to achieving a successful flip, and knows the advantages and disadvantages of various financing and marketing strategies. We review the acquisition, repair, escrow, and marketing processes for each deal we undertake to maximize profits and minimize risk.
